Just wanted to share with everyone how amazing Random BG now is. My experience with it is listed below. As a summary though you can now join Random BG queue before lvl 80 which means now more sitting in the AV queue with a wait of "Unavailable". Great EXP and honor. I am not sure whats the lowest level you can join the Random BG queue. My chars were 65 so I am guessing at least 60 maybe lower. All my current bots I was leveling before 4.0 were around lvl 63-65. But you can now select random battleground before level 80! This is huge!!! You get the same amount of EXP for winning any BG now so AV doesn't specifically give you more anymore. Currently at lvl 75 my char gets 63750xp for a win and 21000xp for a loss in Random BG. That doesn't include the 4000-8000exp you gain for certain objectives during the BG. You don't have to worry about the holiday battleground anymore. Another note if no one noticed. You now have to be level 80 to buy the level 80 pvp gear so you can't stock up before you reach 80. This kinda sucks since the new Honor cap is only 4000. Hence it forces you to buy gems or lvl 70 pvp gear. I personally went with epic gems to throw them on AH so I can pay for epic flying etc.
This is awesome. Everything I read keeps tellin me that leveling is now super easy. Guess well see when hb comes back.
You sure? I haven't seen that with with low level alts. I made a topic about it and there was a consensus that it was level 50+

my lvl 41 alt cannot do it. apparently its 51 from another thread on these forums on exactly the same subject
