      I have gone through the guides and uninstalled the conflicting programs. I have updated Windows, installed the buddy install zip. I have used your advice HERE I have followed this install guide, which is out of date with pictures and still doesn't work. I'm sure this is something silly, but I am really losing my patience and would love some help. I have attached my log.       if you followed the guides you probably noticed that you dont have to mess with the routines and that you should use the default routine as the preset is :)

      plus,the provided log file does not show the error described in title
