The timestamps timezone?

I read the thread by "Raphus" regarding the progress on the new legion patch and got confused with the timestamps on the post while I Comprehended his prediction on a new bot release.
Example: 19.07.2016, 16:02
Are these timestamps automated to my personal timezone? I could use some guidance compared to my GMT+2 if the aforementioned is not the case. Also I must apologize if im adressing my concerns in the wrong forum.
I couldn't find a "forum support" and it didn't seam like the matter was adressed in the FAQ. Therefore I decided to post here in the "Honorbuddy support" as I found it somewhat appropriate.

All timestamps displayed on the forums can be automatically corrected to show the correct time for your location in the world. Simply select the appropriate time zone under general settings tab.
