remove: - microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip run them as administrator. after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ then install this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe restart
Uh... I tried it as what you said; and when the BuddyWizard.exe was running, there was a new problem with my PC the Wizard want to download two files (vc2015x64.exe & vc2015x86.exe) and I found that the size of the files was both "0 Kbyte" in my folder when the Wizard think it was already download them, it want to install, too But the green bar on the Wizard didn't run, too. I'll try again, and reply on time.
