      Let me share some insights.

      First after 01 feb. banwave i have refunded hb/year key deleted wow, deleted hb. decided to stop playing since CBA really.

      This morning my son's account has been suspended for 6 months. This is the account that has never been botted on. Never used gold or items from botting accounts. Even playtime was being payed not with gold tokens but with nromal payment. Never even been in group/arena match with botting account. Never even logged on the computer that had HB installed.

      Account was suspended after playing legit for 60 mins yesterday (the ONLY automated thing was WQGF addon :)). My guess is that this was some automated IP ban since we use same router to connect to the net. Anyway this is some catch in the dark thing IMO. I have appealed to the band and will inform you of the result.

      I'm mad knowing how blizzard responds to these appeals and I'm not hoping ban would be lifted but it should since they really caught the wrong guy this time.

      Waiting for their response ...

      Same happened to me. Never bottet on this account. Used Gnome sequenser. This must be IP ban. Not attached honorbuddy to this account ever.

      webticket answered - same shit as it was boted. Fuck this shit and fuck blizzard. If they can legitimately suspend accounts which never had bot attached to them and the only link is same Router/battle.net I really think botting casually has no future. The only thing that comforts me is that game became so boring my son isn't upset at all that his account was suspended.

      Nothing else to say here except F* YOU blizzard!

      Since you are obviously upset on Blizz's attitude towards loyal customers, you can try contacting by phone their payment department, and with the best cold-blood attitude, request full refund on all the money, you have sponsored them in the past.

      Speaking as mature as possible could make the difference. You are fighting a never-botted (or affiated with botting) account after all!

      If they act as ignorant as usual, you could actually initiate full chargeback via Paypal or your bank on both your legit play accounts, and the bot ones as well!

      I have seen several success stories as the scenario above, so good luck!

      Even i got suspended today. Ive not botted since first wave, and i lost my account.

      So i was like a big questionmark in bed this morning.

      I got pissed, becouse it was unfair. So i even screenshotted my old HB keys that is even not in use in that ticket, showing the status. I dont care anymore. Ive been playing clean all along on that account.

      For me its like they take all the botters from the past, assume they bot, and just ban/suspend em.

      While Blizzard definitely rise their "shares" when doing detection banwaves like on 1st of February, today they acted quite immature, while suspended tons of legit players/accounts, with the idea to ban some botters by other factors.

      I am sure, the backfire on them would be quite serious, considering if they actually ban players, which never have touched 3rd party software, then refuse to handle their tickets the correct way.

      We easily realize, they want to just finish the Honorbuddy botting community with sudden second "banwave" in the November 2016 style, but this time they failed very, very hard!!!

      No need to mention, this means only once - they are not happy with the current state of Honorbuddy, and being not confident of getting a real detection banwave anytime soon.

      I was wrong calling it banwave. This is something different but they act exactly the same as they were in the past when I was complaining about bans. We have detected botting activity on this account ... They are totally wrong about this but they don't give a shit. I hope my situation will help you guys in bossland to figure out what are they doing now. One thing is sure that this last ban is not yours fault nor it is mine its blizzards.

      Got banned on an account today, that was botted a month ago on but survived the wave. I have only logged in to do missions. this happened to me last big ban wave I got nailed after on an additional legion account that was clean for a while and survived initial wave. This time I only bought a battlechest, hand leveling a toon from scratch because I am afraid to buy legion as I thought this would happen.

      They have a source, i got a GM trapped in a corner.

      GM:
      We have monitored interaction and combat

      Me:
      I use gnomesequencer, macro that will do every rotation on one button. Also i havent been online for 1-3 months (two accounts)

      GM:
      Yes you have.

      ME: Nope then it must be someone else, hacked maby?

      GM:
      No, same ip.

      ME:
      Nope, i use VPN.

      GM:
      The the discussion is final, we have been monitoring and logged your behavior for a long time.

      ME:
      My 3 account tells me that i havent been online for 37 days on one of the battle.net account, so your are admitting that Blizzard is keeping logs and raw data for months? You know you just admitted that your company is doing somthing thats ileagal?

      GM:
      I can not give away our source the discussion is final. Have a good day sir.

      End of chat..

      I woulder about why he used the word source.... that gave me chills down my spine.

      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Greetings,
      Just sending you a quick note recapping the discussion we had for your own records.
      Your World of Warcraft account is currently under a temporary suspension due to a breach of our policies. We have already sent an email with more details but can inform you that the suspension will last for 6 months. You will be able to play again after this time.
      This is common discussion with GM, which generally say nothing.
      He probably seen in his monitor the big red - "do not unban in any circumstances", so he just playing with you, stating common stuff and so on.
      The sole fact, that he not gave exact facts - like you were online from same ip on day X, hour Y etc, means he does not have access to such information and just blindly follow his Senior GM regulations.
      The responses i got is that they dont have a clue. They just ban freely. I have used gnome sequenser and lazy macros but they dont care.
      Best for all to just stop play. Dont support them anymore. This bot is dead and you can not use addons anymore eaither.
      Don't think they are allowed by Senior GM regulations to admit storing ileagal data that could bite even a big corp as blizzard in the ass
      I have read for success stories regarding this for Germany:
      If players had few hundred euro to spent on lawyer and fill a claim vs Blizzard regarding the botting bans. According to Bossland, quite a few people got unbanned that way, after they fill the claim, asking for the legal reason, why their account was closed. So Blizz instead reinstate the accounts, instead of provide "legal" reason for the account closures.
      Indeed now they just suspend for 6 months, which is probably short enough period for such actions. I am not in Germany, so would not work for me either.
      Well seeming how you legally can't use the bot from Germany anymore, this is a moot point...
      And what legal reasons do they need to ban anyone? You use their software, on their servers and you own absolutely nothing as far as the game goes other than the CD's, box and manuals that came with the game. And most people don't even have those anymore. You play by their rules when you enter their world and they have complete control over everything in it, including the account that you're basically leasing from them.
      I'm willing to bet Bossland has never spoken to a single user that has tried this...It's just more BS he's trying to spread to make Blizz look like the bad guys that they aren't.
      This is called consumer law in Europe, mate.
      No matter how me or you understand the situation, the law works in its boundaries, which only experienced lawyers truly understand. But whatever.
      I am just sharing old cases from the records, which have actually happen.
