      Just wanted to all people know....after you get that its OVER . I just sent the most elaborated email i could i even told my brother was playing 2 of the chars and he died in cancer 2 months ago and i botted because i was mad with live ect just full of crap shits bla bla bla bla and the response i get again is This penalty has already been upheld. is just a GAME OVER email. Still anyone had lucky with this before ?

      you admitted you botted.

      if you do that, its lost. always decline you were botting, always.

      lol, who's gonna take you seriously on internet if you mention cancer?
      sometimes they give 72h if you have acc full of chars, if they see you recently started botting after playing legit for a long time but mostly nope. you botted -> you get banned -> goodbye

      ... admit that you were botting. Ever. It doesn't matter what kind of sob story you come up with, once you admit your guilt you essentially lock your account and throw away the key at that point.

      Yes i admited....after the 20 tickets i made. All had the same response i just try this one too see if they change it.

      When making unban templates that's the line that I said I wouldn't cross when using social engineering :p

      i got banned on 6 accs, on first i denied botting, it stayed banned, on 5 i admited it and it got reduced to 72h. and the one that got denied was later reduced to 72h when i made a ticket in which i admited botting.

      No matter what i say they wont remove it , last message i sent after they repeat the same shit over and over again i asked them to not send me a automated message and this is what they said.

      Honestly multiple attempts at getting unbanned really don't work. Once you are banned and they review and uphold their decision it is time to walk away. Most of the time they will even go to such lengths to let you know that if you attempt to contact them again regarding the same issue that you will not receive a response. At this point you should quit, or restart. The chances of you getting unbanned are likely none. Sorry about your trouble.

      Oh and the part about "even if we really wish to" means they don't have a choice. Means a senior GM likely has already reviewed your case and will not be unbanned.

      I got my perma ban unbanned just today by using a sob story someone posted admitting to botting. So for me it worked.
