Well I would like to have an option for select all in the ignore list with only one selectable box. So I could easily select all and unselect all to kind of reset the transferring ignores, or in other case ignore all and then go vise versa select only few pokemons I want to be transferred.

Second thing I would like to see is the Pokemon names under the Caught list with X and amount of same pokemons I have catched. And if possible in some order like alphabetical or in the order they are listed by their ID or then the pokemons that you have catched most first etc. So the list could look like this.

      Code:
      Charmander x 15
      Pikachu x 10
      Nidorina x 5
      Abra x 1
      EDIT:
Also would be nice to have an option to search places from the map. I believe the map is the same as google uses so make there a search field where you can type for example disney land and it would give you an options which disney land you want to select, when selected then the map would zoom in to it. I live in EU and finding out where the disneyland in LA is, is not too hard when using google but would make it much easier to set the bot there if the option would be built in the program itself.

I don't know is the bot moving on the map always as "bird way" or is it using roads and trails only. But if it is going to the shortest way between pokestops I would recommend to implement system that force it to use roads and trails only and avoid going into the water areas. Since I believe the guys at the Niantic labs are aware of the bots and how they work and since I believe they try to get rid of them they r going to track the fact that are you using the roads or are you just "flying around". So in future I believe the bot is going to be useless (in case you don't want to be banned) without possibility to force it to use only roads and trails. Also if using speed greater than jogging would make it impossible to go certain areas, like central park for example. I believe there is not much ppl driving around with cars or bicycles (remember the speed) ppl may drive bicycles there but their speed is more about the jogging than cycling on cycle path.

Also to be able to set waypoints would be very cool, so you could set up a route that it would follow. In that way you would not run randomly between all stops without any sense (like leaving 4 lures behind to go for only one pokestop, then go between two pokestops etc). So I could plan the route going thru many different places to get also different type of pokemons. Because one thing is already sure, if you teleport between cities or countries you will get banned very quickly. It is one of the most easiest things to track the time between the logout and login and the distance and look is it possible to travel it with the car for example. If we could set up the waypoints I could make a route that take most pokestops in my city (since its quite small where I live, not like a NYC) then go to drive circles around certain areas where some rare pokemons are reported to be and then change the city by using the highway and end of the day get back to where I start at.
