Had big hopes when i got home from work when i saw the update on the forum. Logged in and said; Tripwire active.
so its trip~~ still active? I ddn't log in by bot today. I think we need w8 for next update. But.. #Blizzard also sit here and know when update is in.
I recently purchased a new HB key to find out HB was down 11+ days now then came the tripwire what next?.. How long is Tripwire going to be active?.
Updates have been done, Tripwire is active are we going to get keys extended again?.. how long is Tripwire going to be up for? any update from Staff on how long this will take this time?.
Yes, the answer you are going to get is: "It is going to be ready when it is." No reason to believe otherwise. However, I guess even if we did get an update it would be not very elucidating, since this mini-wave seems to be delayed bans from previous detections. I cannot imagine that they did detect it within minutes AND got a green light from higher up to launch a banwave AND ban for life. Would be extremely unprofessional and unlike Blizz. Then again this "vengeance" with the delayed bans seems rather amateur. All in all, every possibility is positive (while I acknowledge some people lost their accounts, which isnt). Both of them show lack of focus and seem rather "panick-y". I am struggling to find an explanation in which Blizz is not acting weird, and I can't find one.
Took a starter account over the past 2 days and leveled all of the toons to 20, no suspension so far. Took one of my WoD accounts and am leveling a toon on it at the moment. not touching my legion accounts yet. Seeing how long it goes. I do want to give props to the bossland team. I'm not a programmer, but a sys admin, but I know how difficult it is to do what they do. Going through someone else's code and figuring out what's going on is a nightmare. Even if it sometimes takes a bit, and even if communication can be lacking some times, they deliver a high-quality product, that we can all appreciate. I'll let y'all know how it goes without tripwire running, aka, when/if I get banned. just kinda curious how far I can take it, and if blizz will detect it or not.
Hi, how did you turn off tirp~~ coz i cannot turn bot. I want try same like you, make some free accs and just bot them till get banned.
Any update on how these accounts are being treated? I am looking at getting back into the botting game after about 2 years of not playing at all. If anyone has any suggestions for anything else related please pm me.
current state I'm trying to figure out, and bossland is figuring out too. In general its been very profitable for me. Before he Ban wave I went from march to October on my main farming accounts. 1 account got banned, but my secondary account didn't. I've taken my tertiary account to level up to 100 at this point before spending the $$ on legion for farming. HB has annoyed blizz big time, hence the constant "love" their giving us. My guess is I'll get my battlechest account banned at some point because tripwire is disabled, but I'm willing to see how far I can take it, and even start farming again if I get to that point.
