Hi everyone I don't know if anyone is running the bot or has had it operational. However I have tried to attach it to my wow and have recieved Tripwire activated. Please check the forum for more information. I am seeing a lot of information about a banwave. I want to address this for us all. Will the buddy team please provide us with something. Is HB detected? Be honest at this stage. If it is and we can only expect a banwave every 6 months I would like to know because I am going to bot the this game into the ground. Another quick question. Why did we not get a tripwire prior to the ban? This makes me think it is detected. I don't care if it is. I just want to know how to prepare for the next 6 months before another wave. Based on the information given so far in various threads it's safe to say it was detected. Exactly what got detected will likely take time to figure out as it could be the bot functions themselves or a profile that Blizzard have locked on to.
Obviously, tripwire failed to detect whatever it was that Blizzard used to detect HB. Activating tripwire at this point is just to prevent someone just coming back from a month-long vacation from launching HB and immediately getting banned.
lol tripwire is full of shit i botted sunday thats the 6th its now the 10th rip its been dected early im guessing they have scanned your programs in the background that are running common sense tho this is against the computer crimes act. in australia but idk if theres much u can do. blizzard probs also have a key to HB and just opend it an had a go worked it out
Seems likely detection was inserted in 7.1. Honestly it feels like Blizzard just detects HB every 6 months, when they feel like its time for another banwave. Not sure what the point of tripwire is. Did it even activate at any point in the past couple of months?
Yeah I had my account suspended. The last detection I was lucky and not on for the week of the event, however this go around I have been on almost daily and was undoubtedly detected. Something else I noticed that was odd happened when I was farming for fur in draenor. My toon would run to a ram then that ram would suddenly be somewhere else causing my character to do a 180 so Im sure they were just reaffirming I was botting. Be careful gathering nowadays those seem to be watched heavily but nothing matters once the code is detected.
rams do that as a mechanic. sounds like your comp may have lagged a quarter second. making it appear instant
