Unable to type in all chats one 1 character

As the titles says i am unable to type in trade, whispers, guild and general on 1 specific character yet my other characters are fine(same server guild faction account etc). Im not to keen on speaking to Bliz support as to i dont really want them digging into my account to deeply for obvious reasons. Hoping someone here has a solution or several at that.

I have tried on different wow installs.

yeah did all that reset chat setting to default

 

Na tried with all disabled and with a fresh install with no addons. Its crazy because i can type on all other characters on each wow both with and without HB attached.

 

Yeah did the google thing so i took it on the chin and opened a call me ticket. For future reference it has HB in the MSinfo stuff they ask for. Anyways turns out a gm had accidently muted me somehow its all fixed but im still abit suss over it all.
