Using Private Servers to Make Profiles

I was wondering if it's possible to make a profile using a private server for coordinates... (assuming it is exactly like retail, and the fact that I am able to control my level and possibly being the only one on the 'server' [only available to myself] )

Private server discussion isn't allowed so this will prolly get closed soon. But yes you can use a private server to make a profile. The one issue would be to find a private server running the latest version of wow, because most of them are at least 1 patch behind the latest one

 

ITs just cordinates there the same on patches Shouldnt be that hard

 

private servers shouldnt be used for making profiles, specially things like questing profiles. the way private servers handle things like instanced areas is not the same as a Retail server would handle it, and specially for making quest and even gathering profiles, random spawns like nodes are not direct 1 to 1 matches to a retail server, not only that but honorbuddy is built to run on LIVE servers, so there's a lot of things in honorbuddy that might cause problems because the response from a emu server would be gibberish in some cases where a live server would return correct information.
