Version 2.5.8113.696 nothing working

Nothing is working. The bot is getting loaded but every button is greyed out as you can see at the png-file. i cant klick anything and yes, it is an clean new install

 

It's annoying, but it must be done.

1. Download http://download.microsoft.com/downl...-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU3/vcredist_x86.exe
2. If you already have the package installed then remove C++ 2010, and later versions and reinstall.
3. If the issue persists... update/remove/reinstall .net 4.5 framework

 

i have read your solution but i didn?t know that this solution is for many issues cause my issue was another one like these you wrote this solution for but i will try it and give feedback. thanks so long ...

 

Overlooked the problem... "access denied"

Where do you have HB installed?

Download the zip version and extract it to a folder on your desktop.

 

did you run HB in admin mode?

 

after reinstall the zip-version everything was fine. thanks for help@kravitz.
