Quidopia Customer Service Representative Greetings I have undertaken a last and final review of your case and I am afraid that the matter was correctly investigated by previous members of the support team, and that the subsequent action was correctly applied After this last and final review we will not be able to consider any future appeals and any contacts regarding the matter will not be entertained. If you wish to review our current Rules and Policies, they can be found at: 1 hour ago Corvelni Customer Service Representative Hello again, When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination: I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type; II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user. The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers. Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. If that was true HB, PQR, etc would be dead long time ago. Its just chit chat. Its also a breach of your private space. They wouldn't run into the problems this creates.
If you had spent only 5min to search and possibly read posts here, you would already know all the information, shared below your post. Yes, thats trivial answer for Blizzard, No, thats not allowed in the normal western world. If you still think its possible, then all the 10k+ users on the forum would be banned long time ago, and Blizzard would be sued by dozens of organizations in all the countries!
I was banned today on my main account while using Tyrael funny i was in town just getting a group ready to raid, it was my first ban after 2 years of HB usage, funny thing is that i had a seccond wow running leveling and i wasn't even using a dual box software it was just wow with a rendering disabler, and i got the Perma Ban e-mail, tried to appeal but no success yet... This software that monitors your computer is all Bulls!$!# if they give me that message i'll call my layer right away and sue blizzard for all that is worth...
