i never even browsed this catagory usually general discussion is off topic stuff i assume it would be near the top like most forums and i could not find it. even using the search tool for "forum rules" "posting rules" i did not come up. now that tony has restickied it it shows on page 2 when you search "forum rules" the VERY last item Maybe put it in announcements since the folder it is in doesnt directly say its related to hb or gb
