Get an email this morning that I've been. Didn't even bot hard core, nor was even remotely obvious. Was always there to answer chat messages. I'm betting it will get over turned after the appeal, but just in case, be careful.
If you cannot submit the proper information via the following format it would greatly help the community get a feel for things. 1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? 2)If so, when was the last time?: 3)What profile were you using?: 4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: 5)What plugins are you using?: 6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? 10)EU or US realm? 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?

Outside of that, none. 6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: At most, 12 hours a day. No more than that. 6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? I honestly have to say AT LEAST 50%, if not more. Would always respond to whispers as I got em. 7)How many auctions per day did you have?: Maybe 10. Would never auction. Only private sellers. 8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No, except for an MMOCrawlers Bot I used like twice. 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No 10)EU or US realm? US 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Actual paid account, my real one. Hoping to get back. :/ Thanks for the info Nitsud. I really hope to get it back. Rest assured, if I do, I won't be botting any more.
The 12 hours a day were likely what got you. Blizzard has some LCP detection technology that will ban you if you go over the same path too many times automatically. From the way I understand it. In addition a lot of people think private sellers/buyers are safe but it is quite the opposite. This people usually know you bot because the only logical way you have such a constant supply is through botting. And sadly with all private buyers/sellers they eventually turn. I'm sorry your main account was banned and I sincerely hope that you have the ban overturned. Best of luck.
Good news! Thankfully got it overturned and it's just a 72 hour suspension. I'm done though. I can't risk it any more. If I do, it's gonna be on a different account. Wish all of you the best of luck, but I'm going clean.
Great to hear! I got banned the same time and unfortunately wasn't overturned. Attempting another appeal. *UPDATE* 72 hr ban after 2nd attempt. Don't have to be jelly of you guys anymore. =p
