Weird skinning behaviour with Rogue class

Hello.
having weird skinning issue when using rogue class.
When killed single mob, it moves to another one, which is quite far. and then after killing it may return to skin. or may move to third mob again.
Its weird is that only with a rogue class. Same settings for DH has no such issues.

any ideas? This issue happening on different grinding profiles. Using singular.

which next build?
since last build it became even worse
