I wanted to talk about this in general to see if anyone else is having a similar problem. I have a sneaking suspicion that this is what is causing some of my afks: Has anyone else notices that the bot will sometimes target a mob and the mob instead of having a red marker will have a light blue marker and will be unattackable? I've noticed this for the first time today when I ran a profile and my bot was standing there attempting to shoot at a mob that it couldn't attack. Most of the time, some other mob in the group is attackable but if it locks on to the one that's bugged it'll make your bot AFK. I don't know if this is a bug in the game, or if it's a bug with the bot's targeting, or maybe something that happens when the two interact. Does anyone else have any experience with this?
As a temporary fix I've made my commando run into aggro range before combat starts so hopefully that will help. Anyone else noticed this?
I think the blue text is actually a game bug, but this doesn't seem to adversely affect my bot. I've found that wandering mobs will slow it down as it calculates and recalculates their position over and over, and certain positions on the mesh will do the same. These can definitely lead to afks (as will any of the normal errors which can pop up over time and bloat the log).
I believe that, about it being a bug in the game... It's weird it doesn't affect yours much, mine just stands there staring at it trying to shoot them. Is your bot a meleer? Because as soon as they aggro they turn attackable. That's why I've made my commando run into aggro range.
