As the achievement to obtain the flying mount, the title of this thread says that my experience with HB is over but I want to say something before quitting the forum. First of all i MUST thank all the staff for a matchless product that allowed me to play my characters even without the time to play out of raid time. I work hard all day and I get home just to relax with my online friends for a couple of hours 2 or 3 times a week and the only way to play with them is to cheat a bit and get some reputation or mats using a bot. I never had a direct profit from selling golds or other stuff but I used to bot almost every day to farm some rep and grind the mats necessary to join a couple of raid per week. I did it since the very beginning of Cataclysm and i regret nothig. But now the time has come to realize that something has changed. My lifetime license has been deleted without any warning to let the staff pay for their lawyers. Ok, I'm not a child and I really understand why you did it but I don't agree with your line because I am conviced that a bargain must be respected at any cost. But this is only a personal way to see the event and I don't want to point to anyone. The second aspect is that the bot is surely detected without any doubt. I'm sure of this because I used it with my last account always when I could control it and I even tryed to change the botting routine pausing it, going afk for a while, changing the way to farm the wq every day. But the process monitor installed with WoW surely detect the HonoBuddy process. Once again, I'm not accusing the staff of being unable to write a good product, I just want to say why it surely is detected and, maybe, suggest a random process rename at every lauch of the bot. Now guys, thank you again for the many years of fun togheter, now I must quit HB and even Wow because without your service, there's no way to keep on playing.
I'm just glad I haven't been banned since I payed for me new annual keys. It feels really safe atm cause I never lasted more than 2 months in the past 2 years (I gold farm 16 hours daily). It sucks to pay again but it's really more relaxed, and I guess Blizzard liked the slow down from the HB community.
Been botting 24/7 since the patch hit. Been doing great. Sad to see someone go. Hope you find something else to fill your time with that you enjoy just as much.
