"The account action will not be removed under any circumstances" "However, further inquiries regarding this issue will no longer receive a reply" Ok asshole, no other GM said that I have no chance on getting it back, and no one was an ass enough to put it that I won't receive a reply anymore. Fuck you Greetings, Thank you for your continued correspondence. After an additional thorough review of the action taken against this account, we regret to inform you that we have arrived at the same conclusion and the account action will not be removed under any circumstances. While we understand that you may have concerns regarding the nature or application of the policies related to this account action, we must reiterate that it is the result of a breach of the Terms of Use (http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/wow_tou.html), which all players accept before accessing the game environment. As this issue has been reviewed by multiple representatives, it is now considered closed. Should you have any questions regarding a different account or issue, please feel free to contact us again. However, further inquiries regarding this issue will no longer receive a reply. Sincerely,
oh it only gets worse with them they dont care to help at alll ok if i botted then say ok ur banned for botting dont say i sold gold and copy and paste response and be a smartass i filled already with bbb im not going to take there poor customer service
BBB? ROFL. I got this exact same reply a couple years ago during the speedhack + pirox arch ban. Frustrating? Sure. But you botted and gotted caughted. Suck it up. They replied to you multiple times. Their customer service was fine. The BBB won't mean a thing to them OR you. Start a new account or give up.
Lol go ahead and file with BBB, you agreed to terms when you made your account. You broke them when you botted, although they said you sold gold (we don't know the whole story) but bottom line is your broke daddies rules and got spanked for it.
First of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) has no say what a business does. People think the better bbb can take actions and force a company to change the way they do things or that they have some type of pull. The BBB is a rating system, for the BBB to actually tell a company to do something, the company has to register and agree to the BBB's terms. Most companies who are not affiliated with the BBB have a poor rating, hell WOLFGANG the famous world chef has a E rating with the BBB. If I go and search my business and I have a poor rating, all I have to do is pay the BBB to become a member and they will change it to a A++ rating. The BBB is a total scam, but most people do not actually know what the BBB is or how shady they are.
If anything they he should be commended for doing his job right. if you dont like getting banned dont bot.
I files claims with paypal to get me monthly fee's back on closed accounts its fun to watch Blizzard tell paypal i broke rules but wont show proof or tell what rules.. always use paypal IMO..maybe make different ones? but we may get more info out of detection if they start to lose money closing us down..just a thought..
Blizzard is allowed to change their rules at their whims. Those EULA and ToS you agree to when you make an account states that. Also states they have to right to close your account for any violations. Go ahead try to get money back from blizz lol.
we all know they EULA, TOS jibberish, Blizzard loses lawsuits as well clinging on their TOS, EULA, copyright clutch..people get sued over vague contracts all the time..just because you agreed does not make it bulletproof..if nothing constructive can be said..dont post..
I didn't see where there was a post saying I couldn't post what I felt, that's the whole purpose of agreeing to vague contracts/agreements
this is easly done im from nl if my account gets banned while i played like a human but with bot i wil just appeal my money back via ideal dutch internet banking we can ask our money back via ideal.
Here is my response Greetings, I am Senior Game Master Traeslin, or Josh, whichever you prefer! I wanted to get back to you about you recent account action disputes. I feel like there has been some miscommunication and some misunderstandings. Hopefully this will clear it up. First and foremost, the closures of these accounts are not up for debate. We reviewed the accounts multiple times by multiple reps; each has verified that the action on the account is valid and will stand. I did take the liberty of looking at it again (not something we generally do), and the actions on the account are solid. Using any kind of program or modification which automates any part of the game is a violation of the Terms of Use. Also, the account holder is ultimately responsible of the actions taken on the account. Even if you did not have access to the account at the time, the account closure will stand. Securing the computer the game is being run on to ensure that remote access does not happen is on the account owner. In the end regardless of what program was running, whether or not you as the account holder were aware, or what other circumstances may have gone into it; our investigations show that this account was in violation of our policies. As such, it was closed. I do understand that this is not what you wanted, nor really what any player would want, but we will not remove the closures. We are not required to provide any information as to the specifics of the investigation or what was done on the account. Doing so would only increase the likelyhood of players using that information to get around our methods of detection. If you have questions about the Terms of Use and what they they entale, they can be found here: http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/wow_tou.html We consider this matter closed. We will not be providing any additional responses about this issue. Understand that while we appreciate your fervor, these account closures will stand regardless of any issues that may have existed on your system at the time. Best regards, Joshua W. Now that is a good GM! clear, concise, you got all the information necessary though not the outcome you wanted. If after this you still think Blizzard customer service is terrible, you need to have your butt checked, because its in a lot of hurt.
