What hanppened with HB navigator server in China?

Very slow from yesterday, move 2 steps and stand for 2 secs.

 

It's not just happen to me, all people about 1000+ in my qq group hanppend.
We just run herb profile like before, and these two days, the navigator system obviously lags in response.

Yea sorry to pop in here but i noticed the same issues since 2 days exactly!

This is a new log, I shutdown all plugins, just run a single profle.
One step, stand for two seconds

 

I know there are no nav issues on log file , because there are some issues on hb chinese server. people in china got this not just me.
