      does your suspension start from time of ban or the reply to ticket?

      When they change it from perm to temp. I waited 22 hours for my ticket to be looked at, had it switched from perm to 3 days. I shut up and didn't reply.

      Wanted to raid the Celestials but i dont want the account perm banned.
