At the moment I am a very unhappy customer i initially bought a lifetime key for HB and when trying to use it yesterday I find out all lifetime keys have been cancelled effective Jan of this year? This is strike one for me because legally you cannot change a product already bought without the consent of the other legal binding entity (the buyer). Secondly since I bought a 1 month WOW subscription yesterday I thought the hell with it i'll just buy a monthly subscription and leave it at that but guess what after paying (Yes the money already went off my account and into yours) for my 1 month sub key I get an e-mail stating that I will only be getting my key after your finance team manually reviews my payment for some fraud protection nonsense or what not? My order# 158021 Why was it not disclosed to me before hand that I would potentially have to wait another couple of days after paying for my new key to receive it? This is strike two Strike three is that since yesterday I have tried getting into contact with Bossland and guess what there is hardly any after sales support service your only contact method is via e-mail with very bad turnaround times. If I don't get my key within the next couple of hours I will be requesting my bank to refund the amount and report your company for Fraud as I am not going to wait for your finance department to finally come into work on Monday and first review my payment on top of other back logs of other people also scammed by this!
