Why are they all still active ? & A Weird Transfer !

All of the bots that were banned, still say active on battlenet.

Another weird thing the account i transferred a toon from the day of the bans this account had never used HB except for the same day the tripwire went off 2 hours before hand.
So i transfer and they reversed put the toon back on the botted account. So i did it again. Email last night again say reversal and refund. But the toon hasnt been removed. Also the account that i moved the toon from has not been banned yet it is still active.

Weird Stuff.
