Sorry, I'm new to hearthstone and hearthbuddy. From my research, many people auto-concede to stay 20 to farm gold. If real players are doing this why does it give the bot a higher chance of receiving a ban if it's doing the same thing?

I personally don't think it does. Everything is speculation right now. Until we have many reports of bans and behavior relating to the ban, everything is hearsay. The only wave of bans with a common thread was based on a specific bot that blizzard was able to track the users using it. I use auto-concede every day over 8 hours to farm gold heroes and haven't had a hiccup.

I'll give an example I went into a match and someone conceded before the match even loaded and i loaded into the game with it saying win. Looks fishy sometimes.

That happened to me once before during arena. It could have been a conceded by your opponent mixed with lag on your side. I wouldn't worry about it unless it happened a few times.
