alright, so i started using the 1-90 kicks auto leveler, and it worked for 8 or 9 hours in a row no problem (a week ago). the past 3 days (the day after my blizzard client updated) when i am leveling if i dont go and move the mouse or click it will go afk and log out after 30 min, BUT on other toons like my lvl 90 i can leave it on for hours on end and not go afk while on timlessisle. is any one else having these issues, i know my friend i told to get this program is having it happen, so i would like to know if any one else is having this weird stuff happen. Also another thing i have noticed is everytime i open up my blizzard client it is now asking permission to change my harddrive everysingle time, i click no because it has never done this before but ever since this has been happening with honorbuddy blizz client wants permission... am i paranoid or are others seeing this behavior?

click "Settings and tools" and disable "logout for inactivity"

as far as your wow client doing things, they are updating and downloading files to prepare for the new wow updates. so there should be nothing to worry about.
