      Hello.

Well, after blaming you for your support I have to praise it, and especially Apoc.
I think you did an excellent job on the server issue thread (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/buddy-...l-server-issues-oct-18-2012-a.html#post798078) by keeping everyone up to date - at least after 2 days nobody had any information. :)

Like this everyone can see whats going on and that you are working on this topic.

If you would handle every (major) issue like that, I guess you won't find that many complaints anymore. It still sucks that the bot won't work as it should be, however everyone can see that we are not left alone and you try to fix the issue.

I know it's extra time you have to spend in such posts, but I guess you don't always need to explain in detail whats going on. The non-technical part will be good enough for most of the people. On the technical part I don't think anyone (including me) can help as we don't know the exact system you are using.

So thanks for your updates and keep going like that!

      Cheers,
      cm

PS: Maybe for the next time one improvement proposal: You should create a sticky thread in the support issues referring to the announce one. Actually I've created a thread because of the issues because I wasn't aware about the "main post". Maybe you can even color it red, or whatsoever to highlight it even more.

Two things that would dramatically help users:

      1. Sticky FAQ thread with common problems (not just a link to support)...help us to help ourselves. ;P

      2. Sticky "What's up right now with the bot" like cm just mentioned.

Great job guys, getting things back so quickly.
