Hey guys, I may have just been banned for 6 months actually kind of ideal since i don't want to play again until legion due to masses of uni work. Has anyone noticed a pattern that you get banned more easily after being banned once or not? Thanks
No. Unless to resort to the same botting practices that got you caught the first time. Player reports are paramount! @paintgod93 Depending on the timing, it might have been just when a ban wave/detection was coming anyway and you got caught up in it. Bad luck imo. I have accounts I have botted for literally since Glider that still live. Others I have gotten banged seemingly immediately. IMO if it's not a banwave, or you don't have 342456 people reporting you a day for farming the same spot or running into a wall for 30 mins in AV, then your relative longevity 'should' be ok. EDIT: You got banned after years of use? 'Quick' is hardly a valid identifier lol Note: I change nothing. no VPN, no ISP, no HWID, no MAC changers....nothing. Maybe I am just lucky, but I am simply giving you my experience thus far. =)
I am much the same as your Flair. many surviving accounts from Glider days. I've never changed IP's or MAC or anything regarding such practices. and NEVER VPN'd or Proxied
Yep, It's a mix of luck and safe(ish) botting practices. I missed the last ban wave simply because I was not playing at the time or I would have gotten the same 6 month dick spanking everyone else got. However I probably spend more time making my bots look as human as possible than anyone else. I have never been a click and go kinda guy, the fun for me is making a bot play better, more realistic, and as close to undetectable as possible. However, nothing helps during a detection. I took a BEATING on the RiftBuddy when it came out having fun with Kick trying to get around Trions unreal rampage against botters. Spent over $300 on accounts and was basically just playing guinea pig, but didn't mind. . . anyone want a 3 account RiftBuddy Key? lol Good times! =-D
