hey guys dunno what was happening but i went to the store came back to a stuck guy.. and then looked at my desktop more closely.. and all my icons had LNK formats not exe shortcuts so do this if anything happens to you.. open command prompt as administrator, right click, run as admin and type assoc .exe=exefile assoc .lnk=lnkfile then close command prompt. all your exe files will be restored to the origional state as well as lnk files.
