      no way...!

      1. download
      2. unzip to a new Directory
      3. start wow
      4. run in Windows mode
      5. checked the DirectX Version result: D3D9
      6. pasted the command line into the config: SET gxApi "D3D9"
      7. restarted WoW
      8. run HB
      9. wow crashed - HB run!

      I'm gonna let the paid support personnel handle this.

      I have no clue how HB would run while wow is crash(ed/ing).

      Yes.

      Windows 8 is not supported fully by HB.
      It's not a released OS.

      great to know, no problem!

      I wanna let you know my situation:
      I'm only running macs at home and unfortunately there's no HB native client for mac (why not? :(( ). I'm using windows 8 with bootcamp.

      Now i know the reason why it crashes and I can find another solution!

      Is it possible to run HB by using Crossover for mac and run the native wow client for mac? Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

      Reason why their is no Mac client is the program would have to be completely re-writen and for a very small percentage it just is not worth the dev time and money to create. Sorry man.
