So I started getting this error with one of my bots in Zang this evening:

This application has encountered a critical error:
      ERROR #134 (0x85100086) Fatal Condition
      Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
      Failed to read file World\Maps\Expansion01\Expansion01_16_31.adt.

I could log in fine but once I attempted to take a step WoW would crash with the above error.

I did some googling and found some posts on the wow website showing that this error-or variants of it-have been around for several years now. I tried a repair, which failed on first attempt. Rebooted, tried the repair again and was informed that my installation was corrupted and would need to be reverted to an older version, which would require a repatch.

So, here I sit in my hotel room, downloading a 1.23 gig patch file at an *amazing* 60/KB/Sec xfer rate on the hotels wireless. This may require a generous application of alcohol to survive.

      /wrist!

I've suddenly started to get crashes myself also, never had crashes before. I think my Dual-Boot might be causing it. Your story was funny though, love the "How life Treats Different People In Different Conditions" etc. Keep the booze on yer lips'n you'll be fine in no time. Best of Luck! ^^
