22 game connections on one IP address, I'd say that would instant flag your ip.. Once you have been flagged by blizzard (not player reports) it's a very simple process to see if your botting.. Takes a gm about 40seconds.. Trick is not to get flagged and that many game connections on 1 IP, Well you could have just emailed blizzard and said oh hey I'm a botter
