As stated in title, HB does not abandon old quests so char can't accept new ones. I had to abandon manually - char is level 96 and I had to abandon quests from MOP and even Cata
I dont think the bots knows which quests to abandon my view is it should be up to the user to clear the quest log first.
As far as I remember when I leveled chars with HB2, HB did that automatically. I never had that much old quests in my chat log so HB couldn't accept new ones
