Same problem as others. Im sure it is a simple fix but I have yet to find it. Yes to: I have added both wildstar and wildbuddy to my windows fire wall (even shut it down completely) as well as turned off anything that could record key strokes (team viewer causes problems with honerbuddy) and no antivirus. I have given both wildstar and wildbuddy admin rights. I have uninstalled almost all Microsoft files and reinstalled with buddywizard. I have installed and uninstalled the correct (I think) vcredist_x64(7).exe many times I made sure that wildstar is running in 64bit mod. The above was done in many steps and after about 5 hours got very confusing because each thread suggested something a little different so I deleted everything (micro files, honer buddy as well as wild buddy, unistalled antivirus all together, tuned off firewall completely, and put my computers ip under DMZ on router) and reinstalled just wildbuddy and the files listed under the https://www.thebuddyforum.com/wildbuddy-forum/188761-wildbuddy-v0-1-a.html page, and sadly I still get the same error. I would prefer to play the game and bot and not have all the above setting off as I see my self as a geek and oddly feel like I just pulled my pants down to the internet. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2068143/VCRP.zip Please unzip that into your bot folder, and let me know if it fixes the issue.
I tried it and it gave me the same error. Thank you for the help though. I posted another log file if you would like to see. I'm sure im a special case (like in rl) so don't go nuts. I started the three day trial two days ago so I may run out of time before it gets fixed.
Are you running the bot as Admin? (Same with the game?) Also, please PM me with your key, I'll add time to it because of these issues. (And my slowness to respond. I have the flu, so I'm not "all here")
Well holy hell man get some rest. No rush at all, I'm still busy botting wow Right click>wildbuddy.exe>properties>compatibility>privilege level> (check) run this program as admin>Apply I did this for the 64 bit of wildstar exe and I right clicked and hit run as admin (just incase) . UAC is turned off. It may just be that I got the wrong MS files wrong. Below is a list. THe Grey Yup. I put it as an attachment. Just change the ext to .dll not .txt. Did that so I could post the file. If i were to delete everything and just install what is needed for this program to run, what would I need? Between windows, this program, and honer buddy I feel like there is an auto update somewhere that's overwriting a file that is needed for this to run.
Also having the same issue, fresh install of the bot. It won't let me upload a log for some reason. I'll try again when I wake up.
.NET 4.5.1 The x64 redist (linked in the post in the main forum here) And obviously Wildstar. The "BuddyWizard" only works for our x86-based bots (Basically everything but WB here), so you do need to manually install that redist. Failing that, you may be missing some other core files somewhere, which I honestly can't think of. Edit: Have you tried moving the bot to a non-protected folder? (Your desktop is usually a "protected" folder. Something like a 2nd drive would be a good place to put it)
I have exactly the same problem, .net installed, unprotected folder and running as admin... I do have the dll in the main folder so that shouldn't be the problem.. Please help me because I just bought my first month, but I want to test if I want lifetime!!
Yeap, I figure that 99% of the time when you get the FileNotFoundException for GreyMagic.dll, you're missing one of two things: VCRedist_x64 - http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/E/6/2E61CFA4-993B-4DD4-91DA-3737CD5CD6E3/vcredist_x64.exe .NET 4.5.1 - http://download.microsoft.com/downl...2D-BBA9-865684B83C1B/NDP451-KB2859818-Web.exe You two most likely have .NET already, but the just in case, download and install both of them again to make sure! retcyn - ????? TehMorbid - Install both. Darkthunder - Install both.
