When i kill a low level mob the bot runs off then comes back and loots/skins it. Looks very bot like. Anyway to fix this? Tried the few plugins...

This is why you got banned, you were reported by players.
He's paid for it with a stolen credit card. You wont get anything back. They wont accept evidence in a form of a screenshot.
character wont mount, its just running to turn in quests?
