      What profile am I supposed to load up for this? I get the "this profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character" error and it stops...

      an item with the same key has already been added... I'm a clueless newb!

      Just bought HB and get this error every time i try to open it up. Looks the same as the screenshot above. Tried resetting to Dx9 as per another...
