Most likely only 5 hours. Maitenance normally starts at 5 am and ends at 11 am.
Manglemaw drops "absolutely nothing". No white items, no magic items, no rare items, no legendary items. That would take very few tries to verify...
If you did your research you would know that Manglemaw drops absolutely nothing now, and that wouldnt require more then 20+ kills to confirm. So...

Not looting the vault? Isn't that just a trinity setting. That vault will probably still drop legendaries post patch.
