      I stop the bot a lot to tweak the combat routine, equip stuff and learn skills. Sadly no other way to do that that i know of. I'm level 26 in act2...

      350 gph is normal with pvp ilvl 522 imho. Of course you can do a little more with guild perks, cloth and justice points.
