None of plugins for monitoring use game sounds as far as I know, so answer is yes.
I do have regents and its casting teleport to sw and if without any problem. I was stucked in outer circle it just goes up and then left right.
Hm... looks like Ironforge is still problematic. Being stucked couple times, had to disable plugin.
