I think it was because I wasnt running in windowed mode, switched to windowed and its working fine now
So I had the key sent to an email I used to use for HB prior to it being changed to a subscription basis but my new account on a different email....
I just purchased HB and when it launches the game and I log into a character, it says logging in for about 10 seconds then just closes, no buttons...
