Try install/reinstall Visual C++ Redistribution x86
A clean install of Honorbuddy should do the trick then.
Attach your latest log file please.
Try running Honorbuddy as administrator and see if that works. And please post a updated log file as this is a new thread.

Make sure you are loading the HORDE profiles and not the ALLIANCE profiles.
