      I highly suggest you delete that response to blizzard, as they do read these forums and that letter is enough evidence to track directly back to you.

      I do not and have never used PQR or ProbablyEngine. I have not done arenas since Wrath, only raids. I have successfully used rotation botting...

      I'm not saying Tyrael is detectable, it is entirely plausible that I got reported by someone who just didn't like me in an LFR, but I got banned...

      That would open up a whole host of legal issues. Blizzard would have to prove in court that you were botting, etc.
