Manually accepted/finished some quests during the run, as an fyi.
It happens every time there is 2 options from a questgiver/questfinisher. It just constantly talks to the npc and never accepts or finishes...
I'm getting the same problem, reset my cache and running no addons and its still cant accept quests with more than 1 option.
Separate names with a comma.
