Ok; i checked the HowlingBlast Usage On procs Only... And the CR use Frost Strike again
Playing 2h. The CR seems to keep spaming Obliterate/Howling Blast even if runes are on CD... That's maybe why he is not using Frost strike
Same here, on forst Spec the CR never spend RP. He basically never use FrostStrike, he also use Howling Blast a lot more than intended...
