You also have the restore function on battle.net / support section where u can restore items, only works once a month so unless you havent used it...

Well until you get a proper answer u can go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and login to kill any sessions thats active
yeah experiencing the same issue, have to manually mount and fly a bit up(if its flying mount) for it to start moving again.
