In the meantime, you can also edit the weightsets. I've been using the weights from Noxxic with a lot of success. Here's the XML for my Shammy.

That seemed to make it worse. I lowered the ticks/second to 30 and so far, it seems to be better.

I PM'd Inrego to see if he knows what's up. Not able to load BotHaven forums either, and I know he's been working on it.
Remove BotHaven Manager if you have it in your plugins...worked for me.
