Darn it, I think I've cleared every zone split up on 10 chars. ^^
Does this means that if I've manually "cleared" a zone with one char I can't use the bot to clear it on another char?
That's probably what "not publically avaliable" means. Most likely it's only avalible for internal testing or for some kind of premium members.
