      I had a similar problem, reinstalling using the wizard helped - it updates your .NET Framework etc....

      Hearthstone crashes after a short time

      Hearthbuddy causes Hearthstone to freeze (not responding) usually after the game (defeat/victory screen) or at the very beginning of the game....
