whenever i try to load HB with this cc on my pally and mage it crashes, i can't attach a log as HB doesn't even start, i have sent the error...
Also now getting auth issues, not max sessions, just authentication failed, i have seen numerous posts on this, so i assume you're well aware of...

nope, switching to dx 11 gave the exact same error
As above the profile crashes at the same pont each time
Dunno whats going on now but i can now use 2 sessions out of the 3 i should be able to, still waiting on the reply from support
