I think it's some issue with the OOC toggles. I chose to not use any movement boosters and I've noticed it works better. Also, if you get a stuck...
What class are you using?
Do you use the movement speed skills as well?
I would honestly do a fresh install. Re-install demonbuddy, redownload the profile and all that good stuff.
Set your gold inactivity to 50 seconds. I've found that helps.

Profile will use the waypoint, get to the area and instantly restart game. Not sure why it's doing this, but severely minimizing my farming...
