When you die in Pit of Saron he does not fly back, is there a fix for that?

When the bot popped I got into pit of saron, than he left after 10sec and got a cooldown for 30min, is there any fix?
The currently loaded profile does not contain a sub profile usable for the current character (is your toon too high level?) whats the problem?...
